Thermoplastic paint boiler is the major equipment used for melting hot melt paint. It can be called hot melt kettle, thermoplastic paint preheater, which matched with thermoplastic road marking machine.double-tank hydraulic thermoplastic paints boiler. 

?The diesel engine and the hydraulic kneader are placed horizontally to save place and convenient to do manual start.

?A water tank is set on the hydraulic oil tank to make gas fully used and protect the whole hydraulic systems.

3.Q:How to use thermoplastic paint boiler?

A: During the construction, put powder coating (additives) into the pre-heater firstly.

The heating temperature must be controlled between 180 °C ~ 210 °C.

Keep stirring while melting, until the paint into a homogeneous liquid state. And then, the hot-melt material is ready to be discharged into the thermoplastic machine for marking construction.

The melting paint quality affects directly to the traffic lines marking quality, so the pre-heater is a key part during thermoplastic paint road lines construction, and essential device for thermoplastic paints heating and melting
